VELOCITY CRICKET LEAGUE — REFUND POLICY Effective Date: March 20, 2026

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your registration for the Velocity Cricket League. By submitting your registration and paying the registration fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. About This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all registration fees collected by SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. in connection with the Velocity Cricket League (VCL) player registration and trial programme. SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. is the parent company and sole operator of the Velocity Cricket League.

All registration fee transactions are final. This policy exists to ensure transparency and to set clear expectations for all participants before they complete their registration.

2. Registration Fee

The current registration fee for the Velocity Cricket League Season 1 is:

₹1,599 per player (inclusive of all applicable taxes)

This fee is charged at the time of registration and must be paid in full before your application is considered active and eligible for review by the VCL selection committee.

3. Non-Refundable Fee Policy

The registration fee of ₹1,599 is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

This means that once your payment has been successfully processed, SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. will not issue a refund regardless of:

Whether you are selected or not selected for VCL trials
Whether you are able to attend the trial on the scheduled date
Whether you voluntarily withdraw your application after payment
Whether you are disqualified due to ineligibility, age, or false information provided at registration
Whether you are unable to participate due to personal, medical, or professional reasons
Whether the trial venue, date, or format is changed by SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. at any time
Whether the league schedule is revised, postponed, or restructured

SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to modify trial dates, venues, formats, and league structures at its sole discretion. Such changes do not entitle any registered participant to a refund of the registration fee.

4. What Your Registration Fee Covers

The ₹1,599 registration fee covers the cost of:

Processing and reviewing your player registration and application
Access to the VCL scouting and selection process
Administrative and operational costs associated with conducting trials across multiple states
Communication and updates related to your trial status and VCL Season 1

Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee selection into a VCL franchise squad, an invitation to trials, or participation in any VCL match or event. Selection remains at the sole discretion of the VCL selection committee and SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider in relation to the VCL registration fee, SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to:

Immediately cancel and void your registration
Bar you from future participation in the Velocity Cricket League and any other SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. properties
Take appropriate legal action where the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified

We strongly encourage all participants to contact us directly at the details provided below before initiating any dispute with their payment provider.

6. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

In the exceptional circumstance where a participant has been charged more than once for the same registration due to a verified technical error on our payment platform, SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. will investigate and process a refund for the duplicate charge only.

To raise a duplicate payment claim, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of the transaction date
Provide your full name, registered phone number or email address, and transaction reference numbers for both payments
Allow up to 10 working days for SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. to verify and process the claim

Refunds for verified duplicate payments will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of registration.

7. Registration Cancellation by SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd.

In the rare event that SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. cancels the Velocity Cricket League Season 1 entirely — and does not reschedule or offer an alternative — registered participants may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the registration fee at the sole discretion of SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd.

SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. will communicate any such decision directly to registered participants via their registered email address or phone number.

A postponement, change of venue, change of format, or change of schedule does not constitute a cancellation and does not entitle participants to a refund.
