4. Player Registration & Participation

If you submit a player registration or trial application through the VCL platform, you agree and acknowledge that:

All information provided in your registration is accurate, complete, and up to date
SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd has the right to verify your eligibility, age, and identity before confirming your participation
Submission of a registration form does not guarantee selection, invitation to trials, or participation in the Velocity Cricket League
SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. and VCL reserve the right to accept, reject, or defer any application without providing reasons
Player selection is at the sole discretion of the VCL selection committee and SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd.
You consent to your name, photograph, state of origin, and playing statistics being used for league-related communications, publications, and promotional materials
Any player found to have provided false information will be immediately disqualified and may be barred from future participation

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to the VCL name, logo, team names, team logos, photographs, videos, graphics, written content, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of this content for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd.

6. Sponsorship & Commercial Partnerships

All sponsorship, partnership, and commercial association enquiries related to the Velocity Cricket League are managed exclusively by SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. 7. Tickets & Events

Where VCL events are open to public attendance:

Tickets are issued subject to availability and in accordance with the specific terms of each event
SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual at any VCL event
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise
SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at or in connection with VCL events, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law
Recording or live streaming of VCL matches without prior written authorisation from SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. is strictly prohibited

8. Social Media & User-Generated Content

If you post, share, or tag content related to Velocity Cricket League on any social media platform, you agree that:

You are solely responsible for the content you post
You will not post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful to VCL, SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd., its players, staff, or partners
SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. may share or repost user-generated content that references or tags VCL, subject to appropriate credit being given

SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to request the removal of any content that it deems harmful to the reputation of the Velocity Cricket League or SKV Ventures

All players, coaches, officials, staff, and attendees associated with the Velocity Cricket League are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and sportsmanship at all times. SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to take disciplinary action — including disqualification, suspension, or permanent ban — against any individual found to be in breach of this code of conduct.

Specifically prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corruption
Doping or use of banned substances
Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of any kind
Bringing the Velocity Cricket League or SKV VenturesPvt Ltd. into disrepute

14. Amendments to Terms

SKV Ventures Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the website or participation in any VCL programme following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
